This essential course will teach you pronunciation i basics of the Dutch language. After completing the course, you will be able to use essential vocabulary, create short sentences, read and listen to short statements regarding the environment you are familiar with.
A2
level
After completing this course, you will be able to understand simpler as well as somewhat complex texts with the aid of a dictionary and to write simple texts using grammar and vocabulary learned during the course. You will also be able to understand conversations in public places and to handle them with success.
B1
level
After completing the intermediate level, you will be able to understand authentic texts from everyday life and write about everyday topics at a simple level. You will also be able to understand oral statements about familiar everyday topics and speak about them with relatively good pronunciation. In addition to refreshing the grammar skills you acquired at the beginner levels, you will expand your knowledge by learning new vocabulary; you will be able to use all verb tenses, change word order, stress the part of a sentence you find important and identify the vocabulary learned during the course.
B2
level
After completing this course, you will be able to read authentic texts and understand them without major problems as well as to write relatively complex texts without many mistakes. Furthermore, you will be able to understand simple statements and conversations heard on the radio or TV, provided that these involve standard language, as well as simpler statements in some other dialects. You will have no trouble taking part in everyday conversations with correct use of grammar and vocabulary.
